Software License Agreement

Option Panel is proprietary software provided as a service (SaaS). By using Option Panel, you agree to the following licensing terms:

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this agreement and your active subscription, Option Panel, S.L. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Option Panel platform for your personal or internal business purposes related to options trading management.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Option Panel software or any portion thereof
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software
  • Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or lease the software or your access to it
  • Use the software to provide services to third parties (service bureau use)
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the software
  • Use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of securities regulations

3. Intellectual Property

Option Panel, including all software, algorithms, user interface designs, documentation, and related intellectual property, is owned by Option Panel, S.L. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of Option Panel does not grant you any ownership rights to the software or its components.

4. Your Data

You retain all rights to your trading data, account information, and any content you input into Option Panel. We process this data solely to provide our services to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You grant us a limited license to use your data for service delivery, analytics, and platform improvement purposes.

5. Third-Party Components

Option Panel incorporates certain open-source software components. These components are subject to their respective licenses:

  • Leptos Framework — MIT License
  • Tailwind CSS — MIT License
  • Flowbite Components — MIT License
  • Various Rust crates — Various open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0)

The use of these open-source components does not affect the proprietary nature of the Option Panel platform as a whole.

6. Market Data

Market data displayed in Option Panel is provided by third-party data providers and is subject to their respective terms of use. This data is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution or commercial use of market data is strictly prohibited.

7. Broker API Usage

When you connect your brokerage account to Option Panel, you authorize us to access your account data through official broker APIs. This access is governed by both this agreement and the terms of service of your respective broker (Tradier, Charles Schwab, TradeStation, Interactive Brokers, etc.).

8. Subscription Terms

Your license to use Option Panel is contingent upon maintaining an active subscription. Upon cancellation or expiration of your subscription, your license to access the platform terminates, though you may export your data before the end of your subscription period.

9. Disclaimer

OPTION PANEL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF CALCULATIONS, MARKET DATA, OR RISK ANALYSIS. OPTION PANEL IS NOT A REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR AND DOES NOT PROVIDE INVESTMENT ADVICE. ALL TRADING DECISIONS ARE YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license at any time for violation of these terms or our Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform immediately.
