Change your plan

Option Panel offers four subscription plans, each with different features. You can switch between them at any time, whether you want to upgrade to a more powerful plan or move down to a simpler one.

Reaching the plan comparison page

There are two entry points:

1. Click the user icon in the top-right corner and select Pro Version from the dropdown menu.
2. From your subscription panel, click the Change Plan button.

The four plans

From simplest to most complete:

• Free — entirely free of charge but with some feature limitations.
• Starter — entry-level paid tier.
• Pro — the most popular plan among Option Panel users.
• Prime — the most feature-rich plan.

On the comparison page you can review and compare features in detail. A single click on the corresponding plan button switches you to that plan.

Downgrades

A downgrade is when you move to a less expensive plan — for example, Pro to Starter.

If the new plan supports fewer connected broker accounts than the current one, the system asks you to specify which accounts beyond the new limit you no longer wish to keep.

A downgrade has two practical effects:

1. The accounts you choose not to keep, along with all their associated trades, are frozen for 90 days. During that window you can recover them by switching back to your original plan. If you do not, they are permanently deleted once the window closes.
2. A credit is generated in your favor for the unused portion of your previous plan. The credit is automatically applied to your upcoming invoices until it is fully used up.

Upgrades

An upgrade is when you move to a more feature-rich plan — for example, Starter to Prime.

Any accounts that had been frozen during a previous downgrade are automatically reactivated. You are only charged the proportional difference between the cost of the new plan and your previous one, covering the remaining time until your next billing cycle.
