Manage your subscription

Click the user icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select Subscription from the dropdown menu. The subscription control panel opens, where every piece of information related to your account is consolidated.

The first section is Subscription Details. It is a summary of your current plan: the monthly cost, the percentage of the billing period already consumed, and the date of the next renewal. At a glance, you know exactly where you stand.

To the right, Billing Details brings together your tax and billing information: name, tax ID, billing address, email address, and phone number.

The status indicator in the top-right corner of this block works like a traffic light:

  • Green — all your information is complete.
  • Yellow — some non-essential data is missing.
  • Red — required billing details still need to be filled in.

The row below holds Payment Methods on the left (the payment options currently set up on your account) and Payment History on the right (a complete record of every invoice issued and paid throughout your subscription).

The subscription panel is read-only. To edit or update any of your information, click the corresponding action button: Manage Subscription, Edit Billing Details, or Manage Payment Methods. Each one takes you to Stripe, the billing platform Option Panel partners with for payments and invoicing. From Stripe you can update billing details, review invoices, and cancel your subscription if needed.
